While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, we ask our patients to schedule an appointment when possible so that we can make sure a provider is available to see you.
In order to better serve our patients Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. is open Monday – Friday with some evening and Saturday appointments available.
Appointments can be made by calling 301-888-2233 during regular business hours.
If you have a medical emergency, please go to the emergency room at the local hospital or call 911.
To expedite the process for scheduling an appointment, please have the patient’s: name, date of birth, insurance information, phone number, reason for visit, and preferred center location.
FQHCs provide their services to all persons regardless of ability to pay, and charge for services on a community board approved sliding-fee scale that is based on patients’ family income and size. FQHC’s ask patients to contribute something to the cost of their care. Greater Baden also accepts insurance, Medicaid and Medicare.
We are proud of the quality of care our patients receive at GBMS. All health care providers at FQHC’s go through a rigorous credentialing process, and we have a comprehensive quality improvement process to evaluate services and plan improvements.
