Throughout her career, Naytasha has excelled in various roles, including front office management, site manager, and project management, where she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in process optimization, team leadership, safety protocols, compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Her commitment to improving healthcare delivery and patient experiences has positioned her as a respected leader.

In her current role, Naytasha is dedicated to fostering a patient-centered environment and implementing innovative strategies that enhance service quality. She is passionate about collaborating with her team to achieve operational excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Naytasha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Morgan State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, providing her with a robust educational foundation that complements her extensive professional background.
