Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. (GBMS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides primary and preventive care services for both insured and uninsured patients.
Greater Baden Medical Services receives U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
GBMS is proud to be recognized by NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home. “NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition raises the bar in defining high-quality care by emphasizing access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients,” said NCQA President Margaret E.
