FREE Classes: “The Baby Academy”
The Baby Academy offers live, virtual classes taught by experienced healthcare professionals—all from the comfort of your home! These sessions are designed to help expectant parents feel more confident caring for their newborn. Topics include essential guidance for the immediate postpartum period, your baby’s first bath, understanding feeding cues, safe sleep practices, skin, hair, and nail care, and more. Classes are free, billed through your insurance (with no copay or deductible). Spots fill quickly—we recommend booking early to reserve your place.
